Dish Network Equipment Purchase |
| Sales: |
All Sales are FINAL once your Dish Network is activated or
installation is completed. Customer is required to
sign and agree to Activation Agreements of Dish Network and
return it to us within 7 days. Customer is obliged to
follow the Activation Agreement of Dish Network once your
Dish System is installed or activated and is bound by this
agreement.

| Payments: |
All Payments are due at the time of installation. For
payments by checks we request you to send a fax copy of the
check so that we have a confirmation to mail or send the
equipment. Payment to Dish Equipment or Installation
can also be made through MasterCard/Visa/Discover/AMEX.

| Penalties
for Cancellation: |
Customers will have to pay a PENALTY for Cancellation of
Activation of their equipment before their agreement
expires. Dish Network will charge penalties to their credit
card. Customer is obliged to pay the Penalty amount to Dish
Network for not fulfilling the contract. The amount of
penalty charged to customer is as governed by the Dish
Network Sales Activation agreement signed by customer at the
time of activation.
For early termination of subscription for a 1
year or 2 year contract from the date of activation,
MyLowFare.com will charge $240 to the customer for each
receiver, which is deactivated for a 1 year contract and
$240 for each receiver for a 2 year contract. Between 12 &
24 months from initial activation, the lesser of $240 or $25
per remaining months will apply. Customer has to return all
the equipment back to retailer at his or her own cost. This
is in addition to the penalty charged by Dish Network.
By signing this agreement customer agrees to
pay this penalty for cancellation. When no contract with
Dish Network is signed, customer is agreeing for a 1-year
contract with MyLowFare.com and a charge of $240
cancellation fee for each receiver that is deactivated.

| Refunds
for Cancellations: |
NO REFUNDS are allowed once the Dish Network System is
installed or activated.
In
the case where a Dish Network System is not installed and
activated, customers can return the equipment back within 30
days. Customer is responsible for returning the
equipment back to MyLowFare.com in the same kind condition
as was received by the customer. Equipment should be
returned back in original packaging including all original
components, literature, warranties and packaging and in the
same salable condition.
Refunds
are for purchase price of the merchandise only. All shipping
and handling fees are non-refundable.
All
merchandise returned NON-DEFECTIVE will be charged a 25%
restocking fee (of the retail value of the merchandise
before any promotional discounts) with a minimum of $25 for
Administration charges.
Items showing abuse or
mishandling are not eligible for any refunds.
Allow
at least 1 week for your refund to be processed once
the equipment is received by MyLowFare.com

| Dish
Network Equipment Warranty: |
All Dish Network Receivers installed come with a 1 year
manufacturer warranty from the date of purchase. In case of
defective equipment or malfunctioning, equipment can be
returned back for a replacement directly
to the Manufacturer.
Shipping & Handling of
equipment has to be paid by the customer.
Items showing abuse or
mishandling are not eligible for the warranty.
Any returns must comply with
the manufacturer's warranty.

| Dish
Network Installation Service Warranty: |
Installation service warranty does not
cover for acts of nature if equipment gets disrupted (like
storms or earthquakes) or due to customer mishandling of
equipment or parts after installation. Cable burial is not
done by Dish Network Installer and is the responsibility of
the customer for signal loss or for people tripping over the
cable and for cause of injuries/death.
Dish Network Basic
Installation is FREE, for all NEW FIRST TIME RESIDENTIAL
Customers. Customer is responsible for obtaining proper
permission from their Apartment or Residential Management
before Installation. By purchasing and requesting an
installation from MyLowFare.com constitutes that the
customer has obtained all proper permissions from their
Apartment or Residential Management.
Custom Installations may be necessary for
some customers (example for customers living in Apartments
or Condos, etc.) and will have to pay an additional amount
for Installation which will be decided by the Dish Installer
after surveying the site where Dish equipment needs to be
installed.

Pricing : |
All PRICING, PROGRAMMING AND PACKAGES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE
WITHOUT NOTICE. All Programming and Package prices are
governed by Dish Network.

| Consumer
Disclosure Notice: |
eNave Inc. DBA MyLowFare.com is acting as a Retailer for
Echostar Corporation DBA Dish Network in selling Dish
Network related equipment and installation services.
As such the retailer is not responsible for breach of
contract or any programming price changes for the
activation and usage of Dish Network equipment by the
customer. Customer is responsible for paying any Use
Tax to their respective State directly if applicable after
Dish Network Equipment from Retailer. By voluntarily
installing or activating the Dish Network Equipment, the
customer assumes full responsibility for fulfilling the Dish
Network Activation Agreement and for monthly payment of
their bill to Dish Network. Retailer is not
responsible if Dish Network is unable to fulfill their
broadcasting needs due to storms or earthquakes or
bankruptcy. Customer's activation or
installation of the Dish Network Equipment shall
constitute a consent to the above and an agreement on
his/her part to fulfill the Dish Network Activation
Agreement.
