a DISH Network satellite TV system which will be performed
by a DISH Network representative is described as follows:

- Assemble dish antenna and wall or roof mount
- Grounding of system components
- System peaking
- Installation of up to 120 feet RG-6 cable run
- Cable routing through frame structure with single
wall penetration for receiver (same wall)
- Hook up of one receiver to one television
- Testing of equipment for proper operation
- Customer orientation
- 90 Day installation warranty
- Phone line hook-up within 20 feet of receiver
- Up to 2 hours on site
